Confidential Destruction

The safe, secure and confidential destruction of our clients’ records is our priority.  

Not only do we protect your documents during their lifecycle but also throughout their destruction process. Records are destroyed only after receipt of written authorisation by our clients. Whilst travelling through our destruction process, three different checks are made to ensure the correct carton is destroyed and to avoid possible human error.  Once the process is complete a destruction certificate is issued for your records. 

All documents are pulped and recycled under video surveillance to produce new paper products under a Duty of Care Certificate.  In line with the governments’ legislation to reduce landfill sites this method of destruction also contributes to the protection of the environment thus reducing your carbon footprint. 

A shredding service is available upon request.
